Non-perishable items ordered on Thursday for 2nd Day Air Shipping will not be received until the following Monday, as UPS does not run on the weekends. (UPS will count Friday as the first day, and Monday as the second day.)

Perishable items that are ordered on Friday for Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping will not be sent until the following Monday to avoid damage to the items.

Non-perishable items ordered on Friday for Overnight Shipping will not be received until Monday unless Saturday Shipping is requested for an additional charge.

Non-perishable items ordered on Friday for 2nd Day Air Shipping will not be received until the following Tuesday, as UPS does not run on the weekends. (UPS will count Monday as the first day, and Tuesday as the second day.)

Perishable items must be sent via UPS Overnight. If you choose USPS for perishable items, we will make the change to UPS Overnight and will automatically add the difference in payment.

Orders placed after 2:30pm Eastern Standard Time will not be shipped until the next day.

Please note that International Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and any other customs fees themselves. Semen-Shipper.com or Insemination-Supplies.com is not responsible for payment of any of these fees.
